Available for operations & automation opportunities

I build workflow systems that remove repetitive admin.

I combine administrative operations thinking with AI automation to design practical systems for request handling, scheduling, follow-up, data synchronization, alerts, and reporting.

Built around real operational workflows AI-assisted, not AI-decorated Designed for traceable handoffs Tested end-to-end

Systems built around business operations.

The work is presented as an operating system, not a collection of disconnected nodes: problem, logic, integrations, and proof of output.

02 AI Support Operations

AI Customer Support Triage System

An n8n support workflow that uses an LLM to structure inbound requests, classify intent and urgency, and route the right operational follow-up.

n8n LLM Structured Output Routing
03 Lead Operations

AI Lead Qualification & Contact Automation

A production contact-form workflow that captures submissions via webhook, qualifies intent with AI, separates lead quality in Google Sheets, and sends Gmail notifications.

n8n Webhook AI Classification Google Sheets Gmail

Automation that follows the process.

The goal is not to automate everything. It is to find the repeatable handoffs where people lose time and build reliable systems around them.

01

Request triage & routing

Convert unstructured requests into structured, prioritized, actionable work with AI-assisted classification and branching logic.

INPUT → CLASSIFY → ROUTE → LOG
02

Scheduling & follow-up

Create meetings, invite attendees, monitor response changes, and synchronize status back into operational trackers.

REQUEST → CALENDAR → RSVP → SYNC
03

Alerts & operational reporting

Surface high-impact work automatically and transform live operational data into concise, readable summaries.

FILTER → PRIORITIZE → SUMMARIZE → SEND
04

Workflow orchestration

Connect forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, calendars, APIs, and business tools into one traceable workflow.

SYSTEM A ↔ AUTOMATION ↔ SYSTEM B

Tools chosen for the job.

Core project tools are separated from the wider ecosystem so the portfolio stays credible and clear about what is already demonstrated.

Operations first.
Automation with context.

My background is in administrative operations and loan management, where the work depends on clear handoffs, deadlines, documentation, follow-up, and accurate tracking.

I’m applying that operational perspective to AI automation. Instead of treating automation as a collection of flashy integrations, I focus on how information should move through a real process — what needs to be classified, what needs human attention, what can run automatically, and what must remain visible.

01Automate the bottleneck, not the trend.
02Structured data before “smart” data.
03Systems handle repetition. People handle exceptions.
04If the workflow cannot be explained, it is not finished.

Make the process clear before making it automatic.

01

Map the manual process

Identify inputs, decisions, repeated handoffs, delays, and points where information gets lost.

02

Structure the data

Define the fields, statuses, IDs, and conditions the workflow needs to operate reliably.

03

Automate repeatable logic

Use triggers, routing, APIs, and AI only where they make the process faster and more consistent.

04

Test the full lifecycle

Validate normal cases, edge cases, status changes, and the final output before calling the system finished.

Have a process that should not be manual?

I’m open to administrative operations roles, automation projects, and conversations where process improvement and technical execution overlap.

Tell me what you want to improve.

Share the process, bottleneck, or workflow you have in mind. The form is already structured for the n8n automation we’ll connect next.
